Elizabeth wanted me to take some photos of Brock with the blue bonnets for her MiMi. I took Brock to a field and we walked and walked and walked and trampled a few hundred blue bonnets. It was the perfect day for photos. But Brock wasn't too sure about it, there were too many bugs flying around! :)
I didn't know that blue bonnets smelled so bad...

This wonderful group of people are former students from Artesia, NM. They started out as annoying, question-asking, middle-schoolers. We now consider them some of our best friends. They have dispersed themselves all over the country - Texas, Arkansas, and California and have become adults that love the Lord and are committed to making God famous throughout their daily lives.

Scotty P. leads our worship at Truth. Truth is our Wednesday night get-together with students in the Princeton area! We eat pizza, play games, worship, and hear a devotional. Fun times.

Those two small white dots are holes in Baylor's pants, and they are located in the butt region. The day this photo was taken, I told her there were holes in her pants. She didn't believe me and insisted I take a picture to show her. So I did.

We had Caed's 9th birthday party a few weekends after his actual birthday (Feb. 2). We bought him a sparkler that was shaped into a number 9. He thought is was cool until the sparks started flying in his face!

We'd had enough of being stuck inside the house so we decided to venture out to eat. A few weeks ago Baylor got an award at school for being the "Can Do Kid"! We rewarded her efforts and relieved our cabin fever by eating at Chili's!

On February 1, 2011 we had an epic ice storm. The white stuff you see in the photo is ice, not snow. Caed decided to see of he could "skate" down our driveway on a skateboard with no wheels!

Let me explain Brock. I love him like he's my own, I consider him my third child! He's a bright, energetic 2-year-old.
On this day, we were having a conversation about being a big boy and what that entails. We started with a list of things, like wearing underwear, using the potty, eating with a spoon, etc. At the end of the list he adds, "...and I cheat!"

On December 29th we, as a family, attended a reunion with some friends. Caed brought his Nintendo DS so he'd have something to occupy himself with while Rowdy and I chatted with friends. At some point during the night, Baylor got angry at Caed and threw the stylus to his Nintendo DS in the gigantic Christmas tree in the foyer of the chapel. The first photo you see is Caed and our friend, Chris Newby under the tree looking to see of the stylus had fallen to the floor. They couldn't find it so our friend, Mandy Meeker, wrote a note and stuffed it into the tree. We really didn't think they would even find the note, much less the stylus. To our amazement, low and behold, on January 11th it shows up at the address listed on the note stuffed in the tree!!
